Legalizations Requirements as of the 1st February, 2007 :

• All Consular fees will be accepted in Euro and in cash only.
• Certificates of origin MUST be issued by official Chambers of Commerce in Hungary.
• Certificates of origin is used by the manufacturing or exporting company itself shall NOT be accepted for legalization. It would, however, be accepted only if subjoined with a certificate mentioned in the second point.
• An invoice MUST always be presented together with a certificate of origin.
• Invoices / certificates of origin containing edible items MUST always be accompanied by "Health Analysis Certificate" issued by official Hungarian authorities or by authorized official Hungarian laboratories.
• The following certificates will be accepted and legalized ONLY if issued by official Hungarian authorities or by authorized official laboratories and the related invoices are requested along together with the mentioned below certificates and legalized by the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs :

1. Legalization of commercial/ shipping documents:
